I’m really loving this theme. It has almost everything I need to make an awesome site; however, I do need the ability to let users select their user/membership type.
For example, at registration I’d like a user to select if they are a teacher or student.
Then, when viewing the members area, viewers can decide / filter the list by teachers or students.
Is there a way to do this with a plugin? I MUST keep the ability to register via Facebook 🙂
Even if there is a way to make it so that when they sign in, they can then select an option under their profile?
Then, can I sort the members page by that selection?
I doubt you’ll ever find a way to do it during FB registration since the member types dont exist in a FB profile. There are plugins that will allow you to let users select the member type during BP registration and when they edit the profile.
