Navigating to the profile page and then clicking the Media icon causes the media page to load, however, the page doesn’t allow me to scroll down and click any options. I tried navigating into a group and clicking the “Media” icon and it navigates me successfully to the Media page. However, on this page, attempting to create an album does not execute successfully, as the process seems to stay frozen with the “Create Album” spinner wheel spinning.
Can you help with these two problems?
Hello, try to deactivate some plugins and test again, it could be a plugin conflict
