Hi 7queen,
This happens once before, it can’t be edit because it doesn’t expand down to from the admin and the frontend. I happen to “update now” the rtmedia-bbpress plugin, it brought it back instantly.
I just updated the rtmedia to the latest 3.10 version, it locked again. I wonder is a bad update or there’s a button to click on/off to lock this feature I clicked by mistake?
I even deactivated and activated each plugin one by one, and refreshed on browser for the admin profile fields to check which plugin is causing it? It didn’t bring it back, then I deactivated and activated ALL the plugins at once. No luck neither? Would this because I haven’t update the sweetdate update yet?

Hello, try deactivating some plugins one by one, and test so you know which one is creating that issue

That so funny. The restore by weekly and monthly from the hosting still have issue. Thank god… I uploaded one of my backup I downloaded a week ago, its all good just have to teak some css many other, etc, but the main thing the edit profile front/back-end are now working. 🙂
