Howdy,
I am having some issues on the Registration section of this site
I am using woo commerce to do the membership side,
in regards to Registration on Buddypress settings

Activate
I am not sure what these pages are can i leave it as none?

The Register and Activate pages are mandatory to be associated in buddypress settings for user registration/logging.

You can disable temporary registration to the website by going to wp-admin -> settings -> general and uncheck anyone can register and for the spam protection you can use wangguard plugin / http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wangguard/ .
