Hi! I am new at wordpress and Kleo. I paid to have someone install it for me, now I have no idea which admin features customize what on the site and I’m scared to do anything that will ruin the install. Is there a tutorial anywhere about how to customize Kleo and kind of giving a tour of the basics? Or a written tutorial? Thanks!!!
questions like,
1. how do i change the huge black header and make it smaller.
2. or how to i add/customize another pinterest box.
3. i’m making a social network so how do i set up a page for people to register for the site
4. how do i alter what they see on their profiles
also is there a number to call of anyone who could help me over the phone? that would be seriously so awesome

Hello, i see you may have a lot of questions, lets answer one by one, at KLEO we use Visual Composer, is a very easy to use page builder, if you navigate to Pages and edit the pinterest page, you will see 2 blue buttons, BACKEND EDITOR AND FRONTEND EDITOR (live), both are very easy to use but the live editor will allow you to see the changes in real time. This way you will be able to change the header top / bottom padding (the reason of why is big) , the background and all sections you see.

At the same editor you can add rows, columns, elements, the header is a row with a background image with top and bottom padding, and the search is the element search form, found when you add an element.
If someone installed the site for you you should have the registration enabled, but just to be sure go to Settings > General and make sure you have anyone can register checked.
Then logged out visitors should see a register button at the menu ( make sure its there at Appearance > Menus )
For profiles, at Users > Profile fields ( admin panel ) you will be able to add profile fields and profile field groups

hi Laura! thanks for your help, do you know how to switch the homepage to the portfolio feature and not the pinterest? right now as you can see http://club.lenay.tv it’s the pinterest theme, not sure how to set it as portfolio setting I heard I have to create a custom ‘page’ or something for portfolio and then select it? does that make sense? thanks!
Hello, yes, create a page, name it portfolio, then at theme options > portfolio select the page. Finally at Settings > Reading set it as front page
