Visual Composer Issue – Delete/Trash not working

I am trying to delete a row on my home page and it’s not working.  I have used Visual Composer many times before and never had this weird issue.  I click the trash can icon on the row and nothing happens.  It “blicks” and registers the click, but the delete confirmation window does not pop up and it won’t delete anything.  I tried deleting other elements as well and just simply doesn’t work.  I’ve logged out and back in..updated page…but still just won’t let me delete the row or any elements.  Not sure what else to do.
