Woo Commerce Help

To Whom it May Concern,

I am having the following problems with my Woo Commerce option.

1) When I go to add the products to my cart it takes a super long time (average of 3-4 minutes) for it to be added to the cart. The screen goes blank/white. It makes me feel like the page went blank and something is wrong with the store. Can you please try it from your end and see if you are getting the same issue. ( Is there any documentation about the pages under Woo Commerce because all of mine are blank and I am unsure of how to customize )

I mainly want to know about how to set up pages so that people can receive a ” Thank You ” or confirmation page after checking out.

2) When I click to purchase a product, it does not give me the option to go back to the whole store.

3) Is there a way to upload a large file or alternative way to upload a large file to be downloaded as a digital product? I have found how to do it but not how to do it with a larger file.
