February 7, 2014 at 14:59 #10674AbeKeymasterHi,
1. You have to translate BpAlbum plugin.
bpAlbum translation files reside in sweetdate/lib/bp-album/languages
You need to copy the bp-album folder to your computer and translate it with Poedit. If you are using a child theme put the .mo and .po in sweetdate-child/languages/
The file name should follow this example: bp-album-en_US.mo or bp-album-fr_FR.mo2,3. You need to translate rtMedia plugin. Use Codestyling Localization plugin for easier translations
4,5. I guess you have another plugin for that. Translate all of your plugins
6. Make sure you have translated Buddypress plugin completelyCheers

In 1. I can translate only “tomek’s pictures” in bp-album. I can’t find a “Either ….. hasn’t uploaded any pictures yet … “. I looked for all words: Either, uploaded, pictures etc.
Please try translate this sentence and write me where i can edit.
2,3. I looked this words in rtMedia plugin but i can’t find it.
When I look in html i see “<h2 class=”rtm-gallery-title”>
All photos </h2>”, but i can’t find “rtm-gallery-title” option. Please try and write me.
4,5. I find it – thx. Is theme my login plugin.
6. I don’t have Buddypress translation completly but when i search a word’s from this sentence i can’t find it. Please try and show me where i can edit this sentence.Cheers
February 19, 2014 at 18:36 #11169AbeKeymasterHi,
For anything related to bpAlbum update to the latest theme version since we updated some bpalbum .po files with missing strings.
2,3 We will ask the developer why they don’t appear.
6. That is for sure in Buddypress. Search the exact string in Codestyling localization inside Buddypress plugin, not Sweetdate themeHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solution---

I translate some words in files for example wp-content/themes/sweetdate/activity/index-wall.php
When i uploaded sweetdate to new version this translated words remain?February 28, 2014 at 23:29 #11635AbeKeymasterHi, we just received an email from rtMedia guys that they fixed our request for missing strings in the latest plugin version.
Any file changed in sweetdate will be replaced after update. Translation doesn’t suppose to replace text in theme files, it means to generate the .mo files using Poedit of Codestyling Localization plugin

March 28, 2014 at 22:59 #13693AbeKeymasterHi rudik2, Like we said those strings belong to rtMedia plugin and you need to translate the plugin using poedit software of Codestyling Localization plugin. Those have nothing to do with the theme. rtMedia guys said they have fixed some translation issues in the latest plugin version. Please update rtMedia plugin and if you have issues with it please open a support ticket on their site since it is not theme related.

Though i´m a bit of a fan of copy/paste solutions like you did Abe, but it didn´t answer my question, please read my post again, carefully, and you´ll see that i already know where the language files reside. Please try again, this time, please don´t copy/paste your answer, i only need to know, if there is an English .po .mo file that i can get to translate BP-Album, as i can´t find it in the language file, sweetdate/lib/bp-album/languages.
These are the language files i´ve got in the sweetdate/lib/bp-album/languages;
bp-albume-cs_CZ, de, es, fr, hu, ja, pl, ru and zh. As far as i know, non of these are English.July 11, 2014 at 16:49 #22405AbeKeymasterhi, I copy/pasted the instuctions with the file locations but you probably missed my last sentence. “Copy another translated .mo file and make it your language”.
English is not there since the original strings that need to be translated are in English. Copy any .po and rename it and you will have the original string in EnglishHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solution---
