So I read through the forum and did see a response to similar issue, but I just wanted to confirm before I do anything. I was having issues with google fonts in the theme options after initially setting new preferences. Whenever I would update them (change size or style) it was not reflected in the front end. Then I wanted to change the body font and found that I could no longer access any google fonts in the drop down menus. I reset the section, but that wasn’t helpful. It now registers as every font being the default (roboto) but on the front end all the fonts still display as my font (oswald) and I have no google fonts in the drop down menu, only local fonts (verdana, arial, etc.).
I was going to uninstall and reinstall the framework, but being new to wordpress wasn’t totally sure exactly what areas of my site that would affect. I was also concerned because the framework in the other forum post is not as recent as the one in my files.
Please advise what is the best course of action to pursue, as this site is meant to be launched in a week.

dont reinstall. One of two things is happening
1 – You need to clear your server cache or purge your CDN if you have those in place.
2 – You need to add this to your child theme’s functions.php file. Then resave your theme options.

Thank you for the quick response! I have the functions.php file open, but I’m not sure which section to add the code to. Can you recommend the appropriate section of the file?

Wait, nevermind. I pasted in the code, I have cleared the cache and reset the section. I’m still not getting any fonts in my drop down.
Sorry, mis unerstood. I thought you said you were finally able to select a font, but it wasnt showing up on front end. Kleo 4 is going to be released tomorrow. Upgrade to that. There are font fixes in it.

And to clear up the “reinstall” process. All you need to do is ftp the files up. There’s not “uninstall” proceedure. Check out the “manual install” instructions here: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme

So I have updated the theme to 4.0 and am still unable to access google fonts in the theme options… I don’t know what else to do at this point. (I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.)
Respond privately with a link and admin credentials and I’ll take a look.

@abe – Can you have a look at this? I disabled all plugins, cleared the cache and cdn and the fonts still wont show up in Theme Options. Thanks.

Just wondering if I can get an update/if there’s anything I can do at this point? I’m going to continue adding content, but designing the site is made slightly more difficult by my inability to modify a key aesthetic aspect.
