is the any chance to do Full Height Row with WPBakery Visual Composer in Kleo? Thanks

Go into the row settings and select “full height row”

I am sorry, i wrote it wrong, i am looking for equal height of rows, is it avaliable?

Yes. You need to update Kleo. The new version includes VC 4.10 which has that option.
