I installed KLEO theme on a site last year but deleted the site again.
Q1)The domain and site does not exist any longer – can I use the same code or do I need a new code for installation?

Q2) The updates to version 4.0 – do I get a new file to install outside wordpress or inside WP?

Yes you can use the key and the latest version
If you want to update the theme just upload the new there over the existing one.
