Hi there,
I just purchased the Kleo theme, and was trying to upload it into my WP backend on an add-on domain, but it kept freezing my WP. I then tried through my hosts file manager, but still no luck. I finally uploaded through FTP and the file would upload, but it kept returning an error when trying to extract it. I spent almost 2 hours working with my hosts support trying to resolve the issue, however they have recommend me contact you as they have tried every way to make it work from their end.
I then tried re downloading the theme files, compressing them and reinstalling, however this still would not work. If someone could give me some help trying to troubleshoot this issue, I can upload the child theme no problem, but the parent one seems to have some sort of bug.

I did it using a ftp software, uploading the folder instead of the zipHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionThanks Laura. It seems to have worked, only I’m just not able to find the demo’s that were shown on the themes sales page on theme forest. Went looking for them to see if I need to upload them individually, but I can’t find those in the files I downloaded. Can you point me in the right direction or is there a guide to finding and uploading those? Thanks
