Hello. I needed to make the “register” page as the landing page for my community site. Thanks for your help- I was able to install the page. However, I noticed that there is still a way in which users can bypass the login landing page. If the user clicks on the “create account” link or the “Lost your password?” link, they can get into my site without entering a username/password. The following pages show up and allow users to access my site without the login credentials: http://www.mommysupermodel.com/register/ and http://www.mommysupermodel.com/my-account/lost-password/. How do I prevent this? Thanks.

March 8, 2016 at 16:12 #109223sharmstrModeratorThe registration form, or the theme, isnt responsible for site privacy. You’ll need a plugin for that. Here’s one https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-private-site/
There are others. Search the WP Repository.

Now I need to make the landing “register” page look like the one in your demo- with the login fields visible. I think I need to add a form on the main page so that it shows both the Facebook login link, as well as the other fields for username/password/email, etc. Where are the Kleo short codes located? And how would I go about implementing this. Thanks for your time.
March 8, 2016 at 18:54 #109274sharmstrModeratorIts on the register demo page by default.

March 8, 2016 at 20:32 #109299gnkechioParticipantApparently I had an older version of K-elements; I have upgraded, and everything is working just fine now. Thank you, so very much. I really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through this. This is just one more reason why I love this theme and will continue to recommend it to others. Thanks again, and God bless.
One little thing: I added a feature image on my register page, but it’s too large. I have tried resizing it, reducing the padding for the main menu/header, but nothing works. I would just like to reduce the image so that users don’t have to scroll down to see the login links. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Here’s my url:

Dont use a featured image. If it were me, I’d append a new row to the top, set the background color to black, then add the image shortcode.

March 8, 2016 at 20:56 #109306gnkechioParticipantQuick question: after a user logs out, it is still possible for them to access the site. After logout, this page is still visible: http://www.mommysupermodel.com/membership-account/membership-levels/. I will keep working on it and checking the privileges I have set for the various pages; but I wonder if you have any suggestions? Thank you.
March 9, 2016 at 01:47 #109371gnkechioParticipantHello. I have removed the featured image and set it up like you suggested, and it looks better. I’m almost done with fixing the login/logout pages. Quick question: is there a way I can limit who can see/access the main menu? Is it possible to set it up so that only the logged in users can see the menus? I can’t seem to find anything to that effect. I also noticed that Kleo regards users and members as different. Thanks in advance.
