    Hi there,

How do I define different membership levels, roles and capabilities in Sweetdate?

E.g. I want a paid membership to have full access to all features of their profiles, while a free membership should have limited capabilities of course.

Hello, for example, specific fields only available for level 1 but not for level 2?
You can see some restrictions at Sweetdate > Memberships
For others you might need some custom code, let me know exactly what do you need so i can check it out 🙂

    Hi Laura,

This is great 🙂 But I also want some profile field groups to be restricted to certain member levels as well. I’ve been messing around with both BP member types generator and different user roles, but none of them seems to work as I want. It would be great if it could be tweaked to work with Sweetdate and memberships…

So, I’m trying with this plugin, (created by the guys from Paid Membership Pro) to make user roles and xprofile fields work together, by assigning different capabilities and privileges to the different user roles with the plugin, BuddyPress Conditional Profile Groups. This would be the way to go I think. That way, it would be easy to administer different membership levels and capabilities, without having to tweak too much code in the BuddyPress core functions, and at the same time work with Sweetdate. BUT, it still won’t work, help!

I found out, after a couple of hours of coding, I finally got it! You can mark this thread as resolved.
