Email not working

okay, I’m still having issues. When I installed the recommended plugin and set it up the best way I know (and a few others) and the email still doesn’t go through. This is what it says when I run a test message.

I’m also having another problem, related or unrelated I don’t know.. but when users go to register to my website, they never get a confirmation email and I never a notice.
