footer links disappearing

Hi,

I’m trying to add clickable fa icons to the footer text box in the theme options settings. However, I find that the theme keeps on stripping the html links from the content and I’ve no idea why. It works for a while, but if I make any changes to other areas of the theme options the html links are stripped out.

Here is the code I’m using for the footer:

Can you tell me why it keeps on removing my links?
