Hi there,
Is there any way to change the menu position please? I want to move it down so it aligns with the bottom of my logo.
Thank you!
March 17, 2016 at 15:57 #111261ebook-designsParticipantSorry, I have a few more quick questions please:
1. How do I change the video button on the demo homepage to just a normal plain black button please? It would be great if there was a list of shortcodes and settings that you could point me in the direction of please.
2. How do I add text to the top bar please?
3. Is the theme compatible with Visual Composer do you know please?Thank you again!
March 17, 2016 at 23:53 #111397ebook-designsParticipantAnd also, is it possible to change the colour of the icons please?
March 18, 2016 at 17:46 #111575LauraModeratorHello, theme should work fine with visual composer, we will add a 100% compatibility soon 🙂
The top bar shows the social media buttons but you could add text to it editing the file header.php
To change the button style you can use css, try this, add it to style.css of child themeCOPY CODEa.play.button.large.alert.radius { background-color: black !important; border: 1px solid black !important; }
To change the social media icon colors add this to style.css
COPY CODE.top-links i:before { color: pink !important; }
🙂

March 18, 2016 at 17:52 #111582ebook-designsParticipantThanks for your reply, this is very helpful.
However, I wasn’t very clear about which icons I meant. I meant the icons that show for Members in total, Members online, Women online, Men online etc – please see attachment.
Thanks again Laura!

Thanks!
March 19, 2016 at 15:48 #111761LauraModeratorHello, those are images, found at /wp-content/themes/sweetdate/assets/images/icons/steps/
Just replace them with the ones you want to use 🙂

March 28, 2016 at 18:28 #113139ebook-designsParticipantJust to add I tried the following CSS, but it made all site icons stop displaying:
#menu-sweetdate {
margin-top: 35px;
}So to recap, I need to know how to lower the menu [but not affect the icons] and I need to fix the issue with the profile images in the new registered users section. Both illustrated in the above screen shot.
Thank you!
March 29, 2016 at 21:02 #113404LauraModeratorHello, try adding this to style.css of child theme 🙂
COPY CODE.form-wrapper .carousel-profiles li { width: 94px !important; height: 94px !important; } ul#menu-sweetdate { margin-top: 5%; }

March 29, 2016 at 21:16 #113408ebook-designsParticipantThanks that works great! How about the other question?
Just to repeat: There is also a problem with the new registered users profile images displaying too large and only two of them showing. This didn’t occur when I only had one user, it has happened since I added two more dummy accounts. Please see screenshot.

Sorry for the confusion, both issues are fixed, thank you.
March 29, 2016 at 21:26 #113414ebook-designsParticipantOh no! I’m sorry but I spoke too soon!
New users are not appearing in the profile carousel and aren’t been shown in the area where it shows “Members in total” [a little further down the homepage with the icons]. I now have four members setup but this still shows only 2. Login credentials are above if you need them to verify. Thanks again.
March 31, 2016 at 23:44 #113952LauraModeratorHello, if that happens could be because they didnt login for the first time 🙂
