Every Link in the left menu leads to a 404, so I reset the permalinks and cleared the cache they go away for an hour, do it again and again … then reverted to the last theme version before the update, it stopped for three days then continued to pop up and I continued to reset permalinks and clear the cache both on the site and my browser … played that game a few more days….then I removed all menu items and set as links and it stops again as i’m reset the permalinks and updating plugins. Went to sensei 9 but I read on a thread to do so THEN issues continued like lessons rearranging so we went to 8. Now 404 got insane so still on the old kleo theme before the update I updated sensei back to 9 this morning b/c I can’t figure it out. Can you please take a look? we have like 900 users and its been an issue for sometime

First i recommend you to clone your installation on a subdomain where you can do some tests, try to disable all plugins except buddypress, visual composer and k-elements to see if you still encounter the problem.
Also please enable wp debug by going to ftp in root directory of your wp install open wp-config.php look for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change it to true and after this line add this
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Cheers
