I would like to have the site configured to have two columns by default as in:
Theme Options > Layout Settings > Main Layout > 2 Column Right
But on individual pages I would like to have a single column with no sidebar.
Setting the Sidebar option to None on the individual page does not seem to have an affect.
How can I do this?
Hello, a the page, you should be able to select the template at the sidebar, is that what its not working?

I have attached an image to show that the Page sidebar setting is set to None but the sidebar still displays because of the Theme Options > Layout Settings > Main Layout setting.
Surely the individual page sidebar setting should override the Global setting.
Hello, at the page template can you try selecting full width? Page template found at the sidebar of the page editor
