I’ve got two questions about tags.
They are now showing at the bottom of my article, how can I make this happen directly below the post?
Tags are showing up in Google searches, is that normal? I feel like it’s a bit cluttered when someone searches my domain.

You want to have tags under title or where ? provide a screenshot in that you will draw where you need tags.
Yes it’s normal, the tags are content part of your website.

You can try this option wp-admin -> theme options -> blog -> Display post tags after the content -> YES.

I also followed this instruction : “Make sure to remove the Tags options above in Display meta fields.”

Just i’ve tested i’ve added a new post with VC and the tags are visible at post bottom, make sure that you will add some tags.
Do you have rewritten the original kleo post templates ? or do you have added some php codes to your child theme functions.php related to post layout ?

Mark as a solutionIf I use the Visual Composer shortcode it just places every tag that I have ever made in there, not the tags that are relevant to the article, which I chose in the backend. There are no option settings in the shortcode.
In this case please provide url and admin credentials to take a look at this
