I have Purchse your Kleo theme and setup it here http://keypostings.clapcreative.com/networking. form here when i create membership and signup not email not sending for activation.
I have try it many time. Please chek and let me what is problem here.

Please install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ then configure it with requested details, then check again.

Go to plugin settings, check if the details that you have entered are correct (smtp server and port ) or change mailer to wp_mail (use the php mail function to send mails ) instead the smtp
If you still are not able to send mail ask the hosting provider if there are some problems with mail on your account
