Hi when I click the register button for memberships pro it doesn’t redirect to the memberships page where the customer would check out and pay for the membership. It just takes me back to the home screen. How can I fix this?
April 1, 2016 at 18:15 #114129RaduModeratorHi,
Please check if you have pmpro pages generated go to wp-admin -> memberships -> pages
Check the attached screenshot, normally the pages should be assigned like in attached photo, if the pages are not assigned, look there for a link text where says about something to generate automatically pmpro pages.
Let me know
Cheers

The problem is when content is blocked/restricted because of membership the “register” button does not redirect them to the levels age. It just takes them back to the homescreen.
April 4, 2016 at 17:45 #114441RaduModeratorHi,
I understand, in this case you will have to go to wp-admin -> memberships -> advanced -> Message for Logged-out Users: here you will have to put your link to the memberships page.

April 5, 2016 at 17:24 #114662RaduModeratorOn the Message for Logged-out Users:
you should paste this
This content is for !!levels!! members only.<br /><a href="http://localhost/wp-login.php">Log In</a> <a href="http://localhost/wp-login.php?action=register">Register</a>
But before that replace http://localhost/wp-login.php?action=register with your link to membership levels page and also http://localhost/wp-login.php with your domain http://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php

April 11, 2016 at 12:54 #115580RaduModeratorI’ve used this link https://newfoundmuslima.com/membership-account/subscription/ on that button now you should be able to see the membership package.
Also i see that you have a problem with pages, when you try to add a new page or editing a existing one it shows blank section instead the page editor, try to deactivate recently installed plugins to identify what causes this.
Let me know if is ok with that button link

The buttons are messed up on that page still and it redirects you to a 404 page. for some reason there is a contact button on it as well which is strange
April 21, 2016 at 00:10 #118060hawwacParticipantI’m having an even bigger issue I just noticed. NONE of my customers are getting emails to confirm their address to register and therefore cannot become users. This is A BIG BIG BIG issue. I need it resolved asap. What can be causing these issues? Clearly it’s some bug.
April 21, 2016 at 17:01 #118177RaduModeratorHi,

On the register page some of my customers have tried to sign up and say the are registered and all they have to do is confirm the email. Only they don’t get an email and they don’t become users on the site. When they try to sign up again using the same email it doesn’t allow them because it says they are already users on the site. However on the back end they are nowhere to be found as users.
Now, can you please help me configure this problem because obviously the redirects aren’t working on both my register page AND membership button.
I bought this PREMIUM theme in order for things to work on it and I’ve been having my share of trouble with it. I’d appreciate more specific and thorough solutions.
Thanks.
April 22, 2016 at 18:02 #118420RaduModeratorThe problems with the email are nothing related to the theme rather is the environment/serve related, the plugin that i have provided you should be completed in their settings panel with an smtp server user and pass, if you complete these fields with correct details and still don’t send email contact your hosting company and ask them is your account has some problems with sending emails.
Regarding the redirects maybe you will have to play with the settings in wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> miscellaneous -> Login redirect for Popup*
and -> Homepage redirectI hope my reply is helpful
Cheers
