I am having an issue with my titles coming out as a 404 message. I have tried changing the forum slugs, setting them back to default, re-saving permalinks, and a bunch of other things. Any thoughts?

I see in the link that you have provided : http://www.darkexiles.com/forum/dark-exiles-hangout/dark-exiles-pub/ no 404 message in title and also on other forums titles are showing “normally” without 404 message in it, do you have fingure out what causes this ?

On my Kleo install with all updated i cannot reproduce this issue, are you sure if is theme related ? if you switch theme to a default one you still see 404 in title ?

Unable to reproduce with rtmedia on or off, from where do you have enabled the bbpress component ?
It will be nice if you will provide a video with the steps how can i reproduce the issue.

I see that this is an addon for rtMedia and it’s not free and i don’t have the addon, please do the following, activate default wordpress theme and see if the titles has some titles with 404 in it.
If with default wp theme you encouter same issue, it seems that is a problem between the addon and bbpress if the issue disappear with default theme it seems that the problem is on our site and in this case please upload the plugin here to can investigate and to replicate the issue
