Only for users (view users profile)

Hi,
i can turn on option when quest can’t go to site “Users” but quest see users carousels in home page and when he click in photo he see some user profile.

In membership plugin i can write site url when quest can’t go (show status “Only for members”)
I would like to write a url to users but I don’t know how.
Maybe there is some code or shortcode that will block access to the profile?
