Im trying to build a store based on wooCommerce, Im using the Home Shop template and trying to have a list of items in home page so every time that I add an item, it is automatically added to home page list.

You will have to go to the homepage backend then you should replace the shortcodes that showing products and products category with the woocommerce componenets
