Hi guys and gals!
My chosen sidebar doesn’t show on new the blogposts I’ve published, even though it’s been setup just like I usually do. I’ve attached two screen shots one from the 28th of March and on from this week, April 4th.
How come this is happening??
Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂
Niels

April 11, 2016 at 15:30 #115635NielsRParticipantI haven’t installed any new plugins lately, and I’ve just tried to deactivate the most resent ones. But it didn’t help 🙁
I have no clue to what it is that makes the sidebar not show, all I can say it’s happened after April 1st… :/
April 12, 2016 at 15:38 #115958LauraModeratorHello, did you try to use the default wordpress theme and see if its a theme issue?

April 13, 2016 at 11:01 #116213NielsRParticipantNow I’ve tried it with the twenty sixteen template, and there the sidebar shows
April 13, 2016 at 11:23 #116217NielsRParticipantNow I’ve tried to setup a post with the backend editor, but it won’t let me choose a sidebar from the sidebar widget. No sidebars show up when I want to choose on… See attached file…
So it’s something in the sidebar part of the template and I would really much like for you to fix it asap.

Now I’m able to get the sidebar, but only if I choose a full-with layout and then create a 2/3 + 1/3 layout in the page-builder… But then the date and categories are missing from the post…

Can’t seem to find that option in the theme options…
I’ll get back to you about the FTP later today.

I’ve tried to debug this to figure out what causes that, but i don’t find exactly what causes this, i’ve deactivated all plugins ,i added a new post i assigned a blog sidebar and the sidebar appears ok, also after i’ve activated plugins back and i’ve added a new post and i assigned blog sidebar and it works… not sure what causes this, maybe a problematic plugin…. anyway i see after all these the article from the screenshot where the sidebar missing, now it shows the sidebar : http://nielsreib.com/zero-lives-left-podcast-episode-21/
