Can I combine elements from the different Kleo themes/pages?

Hello,

Can I combine elements from the different Kleo themes/pages?
I’m working on a national city site which will be a combination of a social community and a business directory.

I want to combine Kleo Community/News Magazine/Directory.

Right now I have two seperate sites: bysans.net and bysans.net/directory that are not interacting. I need them to be merged and to work as one.

I have 10 membership levels (PMP) and 5 membertypes (BP) which I need to merge/work together and show on the Directory map and on a seperated list of the respective membertypes.

I use these plugins: Buddypress, Paid Membership Pro, Kleo Geolocation, Geo My Web

Is it possible or do I have to customize/hard code? We already made some customizations to the theme.

It would be an acceptable solution if the front page showed both the (paid members on the) map, the live count of online members and some news.
