I am wondering if it is possible to make in profile field this kind of list
with the option to restrict choice to only one point (no multi-choice)?

The question is if it is possible to group options in menu by groups so that the user sees short version of it and if he wants he will open it and choose only 1 option?Thank you in advance!
Hi, That is not possible by default. Search for a plugin or hire someone for custom changes
