Member carousel is huge, how to fix?

Hi

I’m a bit of a newbie and not a programmer, but I’ve inserted the newest member carousel and for some reason it is huge!

I am the only registered member at the minute, could this be causing the size issues? I added the carousel through the front end visual editor and also tried the back end editor….

Hopefully I’m just missing something obvious, but I’ve checked the values and everything seems to be configured as it should.

I’d like them like this:
