Own smooth scroll button

Hi there,

I wonder how to make use of the functionality to animate the on page navigation a.k.a. “smooth scroll”.

The Theme obviously uses this in the up button and in the one-page-demo menu, I could not figure out how to use it. Elsewhere I read the suggestion, to use some jscript or third party plugins. Both are no compelling solutions to me as I am neither a real coder nor do I like to use third party plugins unless technically necessary.

This does not seem to be the case as the smooth scrolling is happening already, so:

Please help me understand how to use it in buttons to jump to # / id’s (or explain why I cant use the function I bought 😉 ).
