When adding an animated post carousel, the auto play setting is ignored. it will auto play no matter what. In your vc_carousel template, you are calling “data-autoplay” and setting it to yes or no depending on what the user chooses. This setting doesnt appear to have any effect and will always autoplay.
In looking at the demo site for vc, they are setting “data-interval” instead. If set to 0 (ms), it wont autoplay. If set to anything other than 0, the carousel autoplays.
