Forum, Cover photo and profile photo

Hi,

I followed all the procedure (Youtube video) but I have the following problems.

For the 1st issue I followed the youtube tutorial for create forums, but seems that Forums are not available

For 2nd and 3rd issues I tried to change directory permissions but that’s not the problem; I tried various types of media file (png, jpeg, etc…) but also in this case that’s not the problem.

1) Forum 
I’m not able to point to forums also I’n mot able to make my users able to create forums

2) Cover photo
is not working with the following error from the apache log:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/gubakey/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-avatars.php on line 908

3) Profile photo
is not working with the following error from the apache log:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/gubakey/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-attachments.php
