Background of top bar and main menu won’t change

Hello,

The color of main background has changed to the image suddenly, and even though I delete that image, clear cache, use different browser, and clear history, I couldn’t remove it.  Also for the top bar background, I tried so many things to change ti the black or dark grey color, it turned out to be in vain.  Please help me to change the background main menu and top bar.
