Customizer not working to change the header font color

Hello,

I just switch the background color of header by inserting the code provided by Radu.  I appreciate it is working fine.

But I couldn’t somehow manage to change the font color to white, so it can be visible by using the customizser, which is recommended option.

Customizer seem not working and want to know the reason, or in this case, the customzer issue is not relevant
