Email Notifications for Users & Admins

Hi,

Two things I’m wondering about in terms of emails to Admin & Registered Users.

First- I’m wondering if it is possible for Admin and Registered Users to get an email whenever a new topic is posted in any of the Forums (we have about 15 different Forums). For starters, this would be hugely beneficial to me, the Admin user, because I need to log the topic posts externally on our end (the majority of our users’ posts are feedback/requests for our software product). I have also had many of my registered users looking to get an email whenever a new topic is posted as well. I know they have the ability to subscribe to each individual Forum, but asking them to go to 15 different pages to click Subscribe doesn’t really seem efficient (and honestly, our customers are too busy to take time to subscribe to 15 different Forum pages). I am also looking for an email to be sent to the Admin whenever a reply is posted as well, but I would not necessarily want my Users to get an email notification for this, only if they have subscribed to that individual topic (which I am aware it already notifies them of replies if they are subscribed to the individual topic). Is this possible to send an email to the Admin when a new topic or reply is posted on any of the forums?

Second- I’m looking to send auto-reply emails to my Users when they submit a new Topic to any of the Feedback/Suggestions Forums. I’m looking to send an automated email basically letting them know we have received their request, it has been sent to development, and our development’s review process.
