Buddypress customize email

Hi,

1 – Emails/All Email/ [{{{site.name}}}] New friendship request from {{initiator.name}}

I am customize the buddypress email but do not display changes on gmail or hotmail. do not show colors or font types. Still text format display. What should i do?

2 – I am using Qtranslate. Can i use for buddypress email? How will show the different language when email sent to user ‘s mail account?
