VC not showing full edits/options (Urgent, need assistance!)

I’m using Visual Composer and I clicked the + icon “Add New Element” at the top of the page editor, but when I add the element, it does not appear anywhere on my page editing screen. Yet, when I preview my page, the added element is there!! Now I can’t remove a text block with TEST written on it at all. Attached video of my issue. Also along with this, if you notice my block towards the bottom with “Featured this month” there is supposed to be a video block there, but nothing is there for me to edit, yet it still shows on my page! What is happening??? I’m getting complaints from my clients, this is making us look a little unprofessional.
