How to disable Responsive Visibility?

I would like to disable the responsive visibility for this site, or at least for some rows, so that when you change the size of a window on your browser the website does not change the text and other elements. For some elements this looks bad, as the text overlaps or becomes very squashed together.

I know you can hide certain elements, or make them visible, in the row settings, but making some rows invisible (especially the top rows, which is where many of the issues lie) makes the page look very odd as the header is transparent.
