Most shortcodes from your sample code we’ve included on the site work fine, but the shortcodes for the ‘membership’ pages you’ve included fail. Wondering why:

Nevermind. I just realized the shortcodes are for sites running PMPRO. We’re Wishlist Member, so they won’t work and we need to get a pricing tables plugin.
