Issues with memory

Hello, i ust bought the theme. activated it, when i tried to activate the plugins it came up with the following

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/gamehoste/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/options/framework.php on line 3463”

i tried to increase the php memro as shown in this tutorial, “http://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html” but still the same, from the error i see the problem is with kleo frame work php files. please help its urgent
