Groups internal page adding an extra link in nav bar which goes to 404

When I’m in the public groups section, and am within a group – on the page an extra link appears at the top in the users navigation and it just goes to a 404, called “memberships.” I’ve tried to hide it in the CSS but the problem is it has exactly the same html and css as the ‘my groups’ link item in the nav.
