Giant images on my kleo main page

Dear seventhqueen support team

I purchased your KLEO theme and at the beggining I was excited about its design possibilities. But I’ve had problems. More than now and then, I found my site with giant images on the screen. Why? I’ve no idea because I’ve never made any change in visual composer plugin. Please let me know what’s happening and how can I repair this issue; if not KLEO is not worth because I don’t know when it’s going to fail again in front of my visitors, readers and members.
