Purchased theme has corrupted files

Hello we are really interested interested and purchased your BuddyApp Theme Yesterday 🙂
Since we have tried a lot of time we are facing many issue at time of download and installation, Here are the issue listed below :

1) Download All file & documentation zip files are not extracted properly, Getting some error while zip extraction .

2) I can able to download Instailable  wordpress only files but after setting up the theme in my localhost i am getting issue with RTmedia plugin.

3) I am sure still in my frontend area i am getting site can’t reachable. I don’t have demo content as for now so i have wasted one day just to make to do this setup.

Can you please get us back shortly with some of these updates, Thank you 🙂 .
