Background image for rows won’t save.

A part of the design of my site is to have a row at the top of each page where I put an image as the background and I use this for the featured image on my site.

Recently, when I insert an image as the background for a row, and hit save, nothing saves. If I reopen the preferences for that row, the image is gone.

I tried re-uploading the photo, doesn’t work. I tried using a new row, doesn’t work. No rows want me to use a background image.
