Hi – you have helped me previously to add the horizontal search form to the homepage.
I would like to have the Geo My WP Address field (renamed to City or Town on our site) which shows on the Members page added to replace the existing City/Town field on the homepage. This is to enable the search results to be based on a radius area.
Could you please help me to do this?

What you need requires significant amount of time to create a functionality like that and our purpose here is to help you with any theme problem that you may encounter or with small customizations.
