when I activate all recommended plugins in the KLEO theme, my wordpress goes entirely blank and I cannot enter the dashboard anymore nor see the page.
Interestingly, the page worked fine until it turned blank without me doing anything.
I repaired it (I thought) by deactivating all plugins through ftp, increasing the memory, and reinstalling the newest theme and plugin updates and then activating it through the installer… but it turned all blank again.

I installed all newest updates today – both from the KLEO theme as well as from wordpress and all the plugins – and through the wp-config file (via FTP) gave the site 128M storage to use in the MySQL.
I use MySQL 5, and a German host called “1blu”

This can be caused by some other plugin, anyway please activate wp debug and then activate again recommended plugins to see whats debug says.
Follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

Thanks, I did put in the debug log, and I had all plugins deactivated and then used the theme’s plugin installer and activated only the recommended ones.
It then told me I had too little memory and I got a blank page.I used the config.php to increase memory to 200M and deactivated all plugins again through ftp.
The site loaded again and I again activated only the recommended plugins.The site, again, crashed, gave a white screen and this partly German and partly English Info regarding bp_nav, seemingly part of the buddy press plugin:

Hi,
Your debug not says nothing about some error…. please de-activate all plugins, activate theme plugins, then, activate back the rest of the plugins, and refresh the page to see what plugin causes this, do like this until you find the “problematic” plugin
