Is there any way I can have a thin image showing in the page title / breadcrumb area. It seems I can change the colour and upload background images everywhere except for this particular space?
That area is customizable from Theme options – Styling options – Alternate section

Well that can’t be done by default and you need to edit some templates and add some code. The breadcrumb file gets generated from this file: wp-content\themes\kleo\page-parts\general-title-section.php
