I’m having a problem getting the carousel posts to appear. There is a flash where I see the scroll buttons in the top right hand corner, but then they are gone and no posts appear.

There are at least 3 posts in the database and I’m using just the default homepage content shortcodes :

By default it shows only video, gallery or image post formats.
If you want to show all post formats:
