Hello Kleo,
There is an issue with the accordion section in the single product page.
When a user selects the next accordion tab, there is a shift in the screen, usually it’s not a big problem, but when one of the accordion tab has quite a bit of information, and the user decides to click the next accordion, the screen shifts completely and many of my users are left on a completely different part of the page which is throwing many of them off.
This is conversion killer on desktop and becoming an even bigger issue on mobile. Please help!

If you de-activate child theme and the rest of the plugin except woocommerce this it’s continue to happens ?
Also this is happens also on our demo ?

The shift in the screen is really hurting the user experience. Many of my users are clicking back or refreshing.
I’ve added this on the bug/improovment list and in future 1-2 weeks we will take action for this.

Is there some sort of a snippet I can add where the accordion does not automatically collapse when another one is clicked? So i would like each accordion to open and close manually rather closing automatically.

I’ve spooked with my colleagues about this and … there is no problem and it’s seems to be a normal behaviour, the thing is, you have a lot of content on the description area and when you press and open a new tab, the description tab will collapse and the description will be hidden and the new opened tab opened…. it makes sense ?
Try to put the description of products into short description not in description area, to display short description in the product page you should enable this option Show excerpt on product page -> ON from wp-admin -> theme options -> woocommerce

Mark as a solutionI know what is actually happening when a user is closing and opening an accordion. It’s the auto collapse that is throwing users off because of the screen shift. Especially, on mobile, the shift is even greater.
I was just hoping that the auto collapse can maybe be disabled. Or is it possible to change the accordion function more like the toggle element or maybe even into tabs

I see the description tab it’s missing now and the content it’s displayed before tabs.
