Greetings. I am trying to achieve a certain effect on my site that I thought toggle could accomplish but its not working for me. I also tried accordion and that element does not seem to work either. My goal is to have the about section on the site mostly covered to hide about 2/3rds of the text with an arrow at the bottom of the section that if clicked on will open/reveal the rest of the about section.
You can see the about section as well as my attempt to create an accordion and toggle section at the site address. The toggle section reads “More About Us” and is directly underneath the tabbed section. Can you help me get toggle working or recommend another way to achieve what I am looking for, the partial hiding of a section with an arrow at the bottom to reveal the rest?

For the moment we don’t have a solution for that… but you can try to add the except in the accordion title and the rest of the text in the expandable area to can simulate the effect… but it will not be what you need but it will appropriates.
Right now i’ve added in our improvements list an task for creating a Read More shortcode for this kind of cases, in future we will have in kleo theme a read more module.

Do you have K-elements and Visual composer plugins updated ? check in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> if there is an update available for plugins an update link text will appear under the plugin names.

Do you have updated the WP ? some difference ?
The problems can be caused also by rest of the plugins try to de-activate all plugins except visual composer an d k-elements plugins then try again.
If the issue continue with only these 2 plugins activated de-activate child theme by activating the parent theme and try again

Mark as a solutionThanks for the tip, another plugin was interfering with the toggle and accordion, the Easy Scroll Plugin that is allowing me to have smooth scrolling to anchors in the page from a menu item. If you have any leads on how to create page anchors without interfering with the accordion or toggle function I would appreciate it.

You can create links and on click to go to your desired acordion section by placing in a href=”#Tab-name-123″
